Your application is stored in CoreLink’s private operations system so CoreLink can review it, respond to your request, and manage onboarding if you proceed. Submitting the form requests a phone or email response about your inquiry. It does not enroll you in automated marketing texts.

CoreLink administrators can access submitted applications.
