Start with a conversation
This website accepts inquiries from independent carriers seeking dispatch support. Submitting an application is not a contract, carrier approval, employment offer, lease-on enrollment, or load booking. Service starts only after review and a separate signed dispatch agreement.
Dispatch support
CoreLink’s dispatch offering includes load search support, rate discussions, lane planning, and document organization. The scope, responsibilities, availability, and communication arrangements are confirmed with you before service begins. Carriers make the final decision on loads and remain responsible for their operations.
Pricing
The advertised dispatch fee is 9% of the agreed freight rate on dispatched loads. A $2,500 freight rate produces a $225 dispatch fee. This is an illustration of the fee calculation, not a forecast of earnings. The signed agreement specifies the fee basis, payment timing, any applicable adjustments, and other terms. Carrier operating costs are separate. No payment is collected by the application form.
Review and availability
Acceptance depends on review of your equipment, authority, insurance, documents, and service fit. Load availability, rates, miles, and revenue are not guaranteed. Any quoted opportunity must be reviewed and accepted before a booking commitment.
